Bell specializes in retail, office and industrial real estate as well as land sales for  homes or multi-use development. 

A graduate of both the Georgia Academy of Economic Development and Certified County Commissioner Advanced Program, Patrick brings a wealth of practical and real-world experience in land use, zoning, permitting and is able to help his clients navigate “the system”. 

“I am very excited to be able to use the knowledge, skills and wonderful relationships I have built to continue helping people solve problems, grow their businesses and generally be part of them achieving success,” says Patrick, who is known statewide for his creativity and persistence in helping businesses, property owners and protecting property rights. Prior to his decision to enter the real estate industry, Patrick was supported by the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as a candidate that supported REALTORS® with a voting record that supported property rights.

Patrick will also represent Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers in the residential real estate market and holds membership on the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
