Friday Figures For Forsyth

Total Active Inventory = 1,144
Listings added = 53
Listings that Expired or Withdrew = 35
Homes that went Under Contract = 23
Homes that closed = 60

Can you give us some guidelines so that we know if the figures you reported are good, bad or ugly?

Good question Kathy. The numbers show that more homes came off the market then went on, which continues the trend of decreasing inventory. Forsyth Inventory is down 20% from this time last year, so for sellers the numbers are good. For buyers, we have shifted to a seller's market at most price ranges so the time to wait for a good deal has passed. Take advantage of the low interest rates while they last, and grab a house at fair market value.
