* The percentage of short sales increased from 13.6 percent to 16.4 percent.
* The median sales price saw a 4.8 percent increase, marking the third consecutive quarterly increase after several years of decreased values.
* The median Days on Market was 84 - a 4.5 percent decrease.
* And perhaps the brightest spot for home sellers - overall inventory is down 27 percent from this time last year.
