In 1215 King John of England affixed his seal to the Magna Carta and it was read throughout his realm. The King agreed to abide by the law that protected all his citizens from his government by guaranteeing citizens certain rights. These rights included private property rights, trial by jury, and the protection of life and liberty.

The Constitution of the United States protects your private property and Liberties. The Constitution tells the federal government what it can do to us, and the Bill of Rights tells the federal government what it can't do to us. The State of Georgia Constitution protects your private property and Liberties and tells the state legislature what it can and can't do to you.

Governments are formed by people to protect our ancient Liberties. The Forsyth County government exists to protect you from the State of Georgia government and the State of Georgia government exists to protect you from the Federal government. Our Federal government was specifically formed to defend and protect us from foreign governments usurping our ancient Liberties.

This begs a few questions.

1.  Why does the federal government take our property in the form of taxes and give cell phones and service to those who can't pay? Answer: Politicians reward voting blocks to include the cellphone companies AT&T, Verizon, and SPRINT that sign-up new customers paid for at the taxpayers expense.

2.  Why does the federal government take our property by demanding we purchase $3.50 "curly cue" light bulbs instead of Thomas Edison's $.50 cent incandescent light bulb? Answer: General Electric paid-off politicians to pass this law, because it makes $1.50 (est.) profit per "curly cue" bulb versus the $.02 (est.) cents from the incandescent.

3.  Why does the federal government steal our liberty to consume raw milk or make cheese from unpasteurized milk? Answer: The large dairy farmers have paid-off the politicians to protect their markets.  

4.  Why does the federal government steal our liberty and dictate what we teach our children in school? Answer: The politicians pour money into the schools and the National Education Association (NEA) in order to provide backdoor political campaign donations by the unions and teachers.

5.  Why does the federal government steal our liberty by allowing TSA agents to grope our grandparents and children? Answer: The TSA is the largest subsidy to the airlines in history. The airlines are the ones with the most interest in safe flights and they like the taxpayer subsidizing what they should be doing.

6. Why does Forsyth County steal our property by mandating that we pay fees for permits to put up a deck or install a swimming pool? Answer: To create government jobs and reward friends and cronies with citizens money.

7.  Why does the Forsyth County government steal our Liberty by regulating noise? Answer: No clue.

8. Why does the State of Georgia government steal our property in the form of taxes to house non-violent criminals in prison? Answer: The politicians reward friends and cronies with jobs and business opportunity at the taxpayers expense.

9. Why does the federal government steal our property by printing money and inflating away the value of our savings and retirement? Answer: Printing money allows the politician to fund big government programs and reward favorite constituencies and voting blocks at the taxpayers expense.

10.  Why does the State of Georgia government ask for and take this federal big government money? Answer:  To fund big government and reward favorite constituencies and voting blocks here in the State of Georgia at taxpayers expense.

It seems to me that our county government is not protecting us from the State of Georgia government and the State of Georgia government is not protecting us from the Federal government. They are not doing their job.

Fire these politicians and hire new servants. Become informed and vote wisely, otherwise your children will lose their ancient Liberties.
