Cocoa Loco 5K is a family-oriented, fun-filled run to benefit Claire Combs, former teacher of special needs students at North Forsyth High. Claire was diagnosed with State 3 colon cancer in October and faces high medical expenses with little insurance. Hot cocoa will flow! Participants get a long sleeved race t-shirt and goodie bag! $25 registration. Want to help but not run? $25 let's you put promotional items in the goodie bags! More About Central Park
Conveniently located west of Georgia 400 on Keith Bridge Road in Cumming, this park, built in 2001, includes 85 acres of fields, trails and woods. From soccer fields to softball fields, tennis courts to a 27-hole disc golf course, Central Park has something for people of all ages. Additionally, the park features a mountain biking trail, playground, picnic pavilion and walking/running trails. You'll also notice the North Precinct of the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and the Central Park Recreation Center located within the park.
