The Gwinnett School of Rock grew out of a need for students to put into practice songs and material learned in their lessons. The School of Rock provides a great tool by which students learn song structure, how to play with others and how to improvise in a band setting. In addition, they experience playing and singing at the same time and much more.

Subsequently, the opportunity to play in a group with full instrumentation, vocals and all the equipment needed to create music serves as a great motivator for our students. However, the School of Rock is not just for students enrolled at Gwinnett Music. Anyone can participate. Furthermore, not only do they have kids and teens, but they have adult bands as well. You are never too old to rock and roll!
