Benefit for Local Mom and Wife Amy Crowe who suffering from Mitochondrial and Leigh's Disease. These are genetic and stop her body from creating the energy which we all need. Something as simple as walking around the house can cause her body to start shutting down. Because her body does not create the energy that is needed it is affecting her heart, lungs, brain and kidneys.
Insurance will not cover most of the testing and medical care she desperately needs.
