Go Baby Blue Night at Pinecrest Football Game

Pinecrest Academy, 955 Peachtree Pky, Cumming, GA | Get Directions »
$7.00

Pinecrest Academy's High School Student Government is hosting the first annual “Go Baby Blue” Theme Night for the Friday, Oct. 19, home football game against George Walton Academy. It is also Senior Night for Pinecrest senior athletes.

This student-led initiative promotes gratitude for the gift of life, particularly to all parents in the stands, and fans are encouraged to wear “baby blue” to the game.

Go Baby Blue coincides with the annual "Respect Life" month, which the Catholic Church recognizes worldwide every October.

Pinecrest football players will wear baby blue socks, and coaches and cheerleaders will don baby blue items as well.  Pinecrest senior, Paloma Carroll, will speak prior to kickoff, explaining the purpose for 'baby blue' – a symbol for Respect Life month and an expression of gratitude to all parents everywhere for the gift of life.

A Lower School student will read “I am proud to be an American,” a statement that has been recited at every Pinecrest home football game this season.

Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. Pinecrest Academy is located at 955 Peachtree Parkway in Cumming, and is just east of The Avenue Forsyth.
