DESCRIPTION:Scorching acoustic guitars\, blazing banjos and the melodic f
 riction of bows on strings should make for a warm melodic glow in the mi
 dst of the Appalachian winter in this new two-day festival that will ben
 efit both the Soque River Watershed Association and the Upper Chattahooc
 hee Riverkeeper.\n&nbsp\;\n"We&rsquo\;re glad to be able to showcase som
 e of the best bluegrass artists from across the region and the nation\, 
 right here in Habersham County\, and in the process\, support and raise 
 awareness to keep these rivers\, these most valuable resources\, clean a
 nd healthy\," says Bob Fortin\, co-producer of the event.\n&nbsp\;\nThe 
 festival will reach a feverish crescendo Saturday night with internation
 ally acclaimed guitar virtuoso Larry Keel taking the stage around 8 p.m.
 \, followed by the must-be-seen-to-be-believed sensory spectacle that is
  the Snake Oil Medicine Show. Friday night&rsquo\;s headliner is The Mos
 ier Brothers Band\, featuring the Rev. Jeff Mosier on banjo and Johnny M
 osier on guitar.\n"This is a great collection of talent under one roof\,
 " Fortin says. "As a fan &ndash\; and I am a fan\, first and foremost &n
 dash\; I can&rsquo\;t wait."\nThe deep and heavy lineup of artists also 
 includes local favorite and rising national stars BlueBilly Grit\, a six
 -piece band from Northeast Georgia (they took first place in the vaunted
  Telluride Bluegrass Band Competition in 2012)\, and the Packway Handle 
 Band out of Athens\, Telluride finalists 10 years ago and one of the bus
 iest touring bands in the country\, as well as festival circuit favorite
 s Chattahoochee Chain Gang and Stop Drop &amp\; Roll.\n"We want to bring
  world class musicians to Northeast Georgia\, and provide some fun for t
 he whole family at affordable prices\," says Paul Rampulla\, festival co
