The weHeartSFHS Music Festival will be taking place Saturday, December 1, 2012 at South Forsyth High School. This will be the first year of this annual event presented by the eStep Foundation.The eStep Foundation has provided almost $30,000 in scholarships to SFHS students since 2003. The funds provided by this event will be used for college scholarships for marketing students, funds to aid students in paying for DECA Competitions, and to help fund the South Forsyth High School DECA Chapter (a co-curricular club that directly correlates with the marketing career pathway). The weHeartSFHS Music Festival is a fundraising event that will include various activities hosted by SFHS clubs and sports teams and local restaurant tastings. The weHeartSFHS Music Festival will be hosted by Checka Cee and dee-jayed by DJ Tron. The headlining act is Cumming native Riley Biederer, who recently signed with Elton John's record label. The event will also include performances from Cristina Quinones, All We Know, Aspen Countryman, Lexi, Dot22, The Cabaret Project, Time Square Timebomb, Lakin Crawford, Something Different, and many more.
