County Champs! Lakeside Lady Lions 7th Grade Basketball !!
The 7th grade girl’s basketball team beat Little Mill Friday night with a final of 35-10 to win the County Championship. The leading scorer for the Lions as Gina Fishler with 9, followed by Lauren Kelly with 8, Carolyn (Jojo) Clark with 8, Hannah Algren with 6, and Taylor McGrath and Logan Cheeley with 2 each. The girls had a great season and represented Lakeside well.
The girls won over Liberty Middle School , Piney Grove Middle, and Little Mill Middle to take the trophy.
