The Dawson Campus of Lanier Technical College sets a new, all-time high, enrollment record of 213 students! This Fall semester has the largest enrollment for any given academic term in the history of the Dawson Campus. The Dawson Campus started classes in September 2006. In 2012, the College dedicated a new campus building.
Troy Lindsey, Dean of the Dawson Campus, remarked, “We are excited to be serving over 200 students at the Dawson Campus of Lanier Technical College. The entire Lanier Tech Community has worked hard to reach this milestone. Our school motto, “Great Careers Begin Here,” is constantly lived out by the 98.6% of our graduates that are either employed or continuing their education upon completion of our programs. We look forward to continued growth as we serve our students and the community.”
Lanier Technical College’s Dawson Campus offers a variety of in-demand programs and career options to serve the community including Automotive Technology, Business Administration Technology, Cosmetology, Electrical Systems Technology, and Welding and Joining Technology, and a variety of in-demand Healthcare Technology programs.
