Looking for Inside Sales Representative

Job Purpose: Solicits orders for social media/ marketing services by telephoning prospects.
Job Duties:
Identifies prospects by internet search, Linkedin and other prepared listings. Prospects are real estate agents and brokers/companies.
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, email follow up, and social media strategies.
Influences customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.
Secures information by completing data base information.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection, Professionalism, Product Knowledge. Real estate industry knowledge a major plus.
