New Active Adult Community to Open in Cumming

The Orchards Group’s newest active adult community, The Orchards of Stoney Point, will open this Saturday, May 31, 2014. Ideally located for the active adult on the edge of the metro Atlanta area, this community will be priced from the $270,000s to the $360,000s.

Home buyers will be able to take advantage of the home site deposit program to reserve space for their house on opening day. The home site deposit program grants potential residents access to the community’s site and floor plans, as well as to the right of first refusal on the site of their future dream home.

The 130 homes in The Orchards of Stoney Point will be comprised of two distinct home collections, the Southern Heritage collection, which has ranch condominium plans, and the Arbors collection, composed of master-on-the-main villa townhomes.
