Construction begins Monday on GA 400 and Highway 141

Expect delays on GA 400 this week as GDOT works on overhang.

Expect delays on Georgia 400 this week when crews from the Georgia Department of Transportation begin working on the Highway 141 (Peachtree Parkway) overhang.

The DOT said it will close one lane at a time beginning Monday, Sept. 12 at 9 a.m. on GA 400 northbound as workers install a culvert and new retaining walls.

Once work is completed over the northbound lanes, the DOT will switch to GA 400 southbound. If the weather cooperates, construction is expected to end at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16.
