Sawnee Mountain Preserve Endurance Hike

We walk and hike with Nordic Fitness poles to boost the fitness aspect because it incorporates the upper body using 90% of muscles while walking/hiking.  I teach you how to use the poles and have demo poles to borrow.   If you are not in decent physical condition - you may not want to come on the 4+ mile hike.  Contact me for a private lesson or for an upcoming workshop.
