Forsyth County's New Dog Park Opens Over The Weekend

Fowler Park is home to the latest dog park in Forsyth County.

Dog owners and their four-legged friends now have a new dog park to enjoy in Forsyth County at Fowler Park.

The 1.5 acre park includes a fenced area allowing dogs to play and run in a safe, confined grassy/mulched area without leashes. There are also two sections, one for small dogs and the other for large dogs weighing 35 pounds or more.

“We are very excited to open this amenity to our residents and their dogs, and expect it will be a very popular part of Fowler Park,” said Parks and Recreation Director Jerry Kinsey in a statement.
