Forsyth Senior Services to Host Free Health Screenings
Tests for body mass index, sleep apnea, blood pressure, and other health functions will be available at the Health Aging and Fitness Fair.
Forsyth County Senior Services' third annual Health Aging and Fitness Fair will be held on July 22 and will feature health screenings, yoga, and other beneficial events and information.
Health screenings offered at the fair include blood pressure, glucose, and hearing tests, according to the county's website. In addition, new sleep apnea and body mass index assessments will be available for fair participants.
The fair is free to adults over the age of 50 and will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Sexton Hall Enrichment Center. For more information on the fair, please call Forsyth County Senior Services at (770) 781-2178.
