We're all watching our family budgets these days. Whether shopping with coupons or looking for two-for-one deals, we're taking advantage of all sorts of offers and savings that help us stretch our dollars.
This week, our Fruglista of Forsyth scoured our local sources to come up with great deals on educational aids, appetizers, a major children’s consignment event, groceries and an Apple iPhone.

Deal: Amazing educational flash cards just $1 per package. They are available in a variety of subjects including colors, numbers, shapes, letters, math and reading. They even include motivational incentive stickers.

Deal: Yummy half-price appetizers Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Deal: Creekside United Methodist Church (next to South Forsyth High School), is hosting a MOPS (Mothers Of Preschooler’s) consignment sale. If you have never been to a MOPS consignment sale you are in for a treat. Baby items, children’s clothes, toys, maternity, baby furniture, baby equipment and more will be available at unbelievable prices.
Good through: Preview sale Thursday, February 24 from 8 p.m. - 9 p.m. ($5 admission). Sale hours Friday, February 25 through Saturday February 26, are 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day. Many items will be half-off all day Saturday.

Deal: AT&T is offering a 3GS 8GB Apple iPhone for $49 with a two year contract. It is available to new and existing customers that are eligible for an upgrade. Data plans start at $15 per month.
