It's a Big Weekend for Community Garage Sales

There are so many sales for shoppers to choose from this weekend. All over our area there are community sales, multi-family sales and charity events. The weather looks like it will hold out with mostly cloudy skies, mild temperatures and only a 30 percent chance of rain, so buyers will have a pretty good weekend of bargain hunting. 

Here are the sales we know are scheduled this weekend. 

Around Cumming:

122 Ridgecrest Ave, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a huge multi-family sale. 

Rosehill Subdivision, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a community wide sale. 

Autumn Clove Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a community wide event.

830 Spring Valley Drive, Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. This is a multi-family sale. 

Wild Meadows Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a community wide yard sale event. 

2515 Hammond Drive, Saturday. Home decor, jewelry and more will be available. 

2150 Cove Trail, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Costume jewelry, purses, furniture and garden items will be available. 

All Fieldstone Subdivision Neighborhoods, Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. This is a community wide sale at all five subdivisions. 

Morgan Springs Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. This is a community wide sale. 

Evans Farm, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Many items will be under $1. 

Rose Creek Subdivision, Saturday, 7 a.m. to noon. There will be 12 families participating in this sale. 

Deer Creek Shores Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. This is a church sponsored event.

4418 Shillham Court, Saturday, 7 a.m. Furniture, baby items, electronics and household items will be at the sale. 

Echols Road, Saturday. This is a large estate sale with many furniture items. 

Settler's Lake Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. This is a community wide sale. 

Spring Valley Drive, Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. This is a multi-family garage sale. 

5225 Old Haven Court, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This sale is to benefit a mission trip. 

Bethelview Downs Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. This is a community wide sale. 

6710 Sunbriar Drive, Saturday. This huge sale will take place rain or shine. 

Sawnee View Farms Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. This is a community wide event.

Windrose Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a community wide sale with several houses participating. 

Westwood Park Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a community wide sale and it will happen rain or shine. 

11657 Parkside Avenue, Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Furniture, kids items, bedding and more will be available.

Mayfield Place Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Designer clothing, furniture and more will be available. 

Clairmonte Subdivision, Saturday. This is a neighborhood wide sale. 

1060 Mayfield Manor, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Furniture, electronics, clothing and more will be for sale.

Bethany Creek Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a community wide event.

540 Champions Hills Drive, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a huge estate sale.

150 Celestial Way, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Furniture, handmade pottery and household goods will be for sale.

Around Johns Creek:

The Falls Of Autry Mill Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a multi-family sale and all proceeds go to buy a smart board for a classroom. 

5555 Timson Lane, Saturday, 8 a.m. Household items, clothing, electronics and more will be available. 

5660 Timson Lane, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Electronics, furniture, gardening items and more will be available.

605 Oak Bridge Trail, all day Saturday. This sale will offer many high end and designer brands for the home. 

St. Marlo Neighborhood, Saturday, 8a.m. to 3 p.m. Over 50 homes will be participating in this community event.

Carriage Park Subdivision, Saturday, 8 a.m. This is a neighborhood wide sale.

11650 King Road, Saturday, 8 a.m. This is a huge moving sale with items from several families. 

705 Upper Hembree Road, Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This sale will offer clothing, furniture, bedding and more. 

200 Aspen Bluff, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a large estate sale. 

Indian Hills Country Club Community, Saturday. This is a community wide event with over 1600 homes. 

1345 Cashiers Way, Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is an indoor sale so ring the bell if no one is outside.
