Meet Local Authors at the Cumming Barnes & Noble Saturday
Come find out their inspiration behind the stories.
Staff Report
Just in time for Father's Day, local authors will be at the Barnes & Noble in Cumming on Saturday, June 14 to display and sign their books.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., come find out their inspiration behind the stories.
Among those scheduled to attend is Alpharetta resident and author Monique Williams, who will be signing copies of her novel, "Ghosts of the Sahara".
The novel tells the story of an American investigative journalist who travels to the Sahara to meet her nemesis, The Torch, a rebel living deep inside the Sahara.
Williams says it is a story of international intrigue with a plot that transports the reader from Casablanca, through the Sahara where she is confronted by hostile tribes, to the dark alleys of Marrakech and to Milton and Atlanta.
