It's Caturday, Hello Dolly!

Meet Dolly and Meow from the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

Hello Dolly! This fancy feline is a beautiful short hair female tabby born around June 18, 2009. Dolly currently lives at the adoption center with another special kitty that has feline leukemia, like she does. They have to be adopted by someone who has no other cats, or by someone who has other cats who have feline leukemia. Dolly loves being petted and is a great lap cat She enjoys taking long naps after chasing her toys. She's a very sweet kitty who's been patiently waiting for a new home and would make a great addition to yours.

Meet Meow, a sweet and adorable female tabby, born around August 4, 2011. She was found as a stray but now is currently living at the shelter. Meow loves being petted and likes playing with her toy mice and watching birds from the window. Meow is patiently waiting for her forever home.

We work very hard to make fostering a positive experience for anyone willing to provide temporary care for one more animal. We accommodate special circumstances such as vacation-coverage, switch-out for unsuitable matches, short-term-only restrictions, breed-specific preferences and even "low-shed” or "housetrained-only" requests. We have dedicated Dog and Cat Foster Program Coordinators who are available even for late night emergency phone calls from foster parents. Read here for more details about fostering with us.
