LifeSouth Community Blood Center will be hosting their 1st Annual "Cruisin' for Life" Car and Motorcycle Show and Blood Drive on, Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 10:00 am to 3:00pm at 1200 McEver Road Ext. Gainesville, GA 30504. Please come out and join them. There will be plenty of music, FREE food, awards, and entertainment. Please come hungry. Registration is FREE, but they will be collecting canned food items, for the local food bank. They are looking for old cars and motorcycles, as well as car and bike enthusiast. They will be uniting the past and present together as one at this "Cruisin' for Life" car show and blood drive, to bring the awareness of our blood and platelet supply to the community. Please while you are out stop in their center and donate the wonderful gift of life, which could end up saving someone you love. LifeSouth keeps all of their blood supply in the local hospitals, of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama, so you can rest assure when tragedy strikes they will have the blood/platelet supply you or a loved needs. Also, they have partnered up with Toys for Tots and are now collecting new, unwrapped toys for children in need this Christmas.
