January is National Radon Action Month
There are four things the EPA suggests you do during National Radon Action Month.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has designated January as National Radon Action Month.
According to the EPA, Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer deaths among nonsmokers in America. Approximately 20,000 Americans loss their lives to radon related deaths each year. Residents can not see, smell or taste radon even when it is at dangerous levels in your home.
The EPA suggests four things you can do during the month to take action against Radon.
