Forsyth County Small Business Awards Luncheon

The Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 2012 Small Business Awards on Feb. 23.

In an effort to support entrepreneurship within the community, the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce (CFCCC) is excited to host the 2012 Small Business Awards.

This program offers well-deserved recognition to small businesses for their achievements and contributions to the community by providing the opportunity to showcase their company, share their story and be rewarded for their efforts, according to the CFCCC.

Awards will be handed in the following categories:

  • Small Business of the Year (1 to 9 Employees)
  • Small Business of the Year (10 to 99 Employees)
  • Small Business of the Year (100 + Employees)
  • Business Mentor of the Year
  • Entrepreneur of the Year
  • New Business Award
  • International Business of the Year

The 2012 Heritage Award is an award voted on by the members of the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce. It is given to a company that has been in business in Forsyth County for 20 years or more. The award will go the business that has the most votes from the members.

There is still time to register online for this year's event to be held on Thursday, Feb. 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Forsyth Conference Center, 7745 Majors Road in Cumming.
