Get a Job At Lake Lanier Islands for the Summer

The resort will hold a job fair this week, April 18, in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Labor.

The Georgia Department of Labor will help Lake Lanier Islands recruit food service workers this week.

About 150 food and beverage workers are needed to staff the local resort for the upcoming summer season. The company will be recruiting bartenders, cooks, dishwashers, hostesses and servers, along with workers to bus tables.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a resume, two forms of identification and be dressed appropriately.

The recruitment will be held Thursday, April 18, from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. at the resort, located at 7000 Lake Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford. The resort will conduct a background check and drug-screening test.
