House Hunt: The Springs at Burnt Bridge

Our latest House Hunt feature introduces a new community in Northwest Forsyth with homes starting from the mid $150's.

This new community of Craftsman-style ranch homes are situated on large wooded lots in Northwest Forsyth County. The homes are priced from the $150,000’s to the low $200,000’s and feature four to three bedrooms and up to three baths depending on the floor plan selected.

According to About Sales, Inc., homes range in size from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet of space.

Students living in the community attend Matt Elementary School, Liberty Middle School and West Forsyth High School.

Some of the community amenities include; outdoor fire pit, a children’s play area and walking trails. Homes have upscale features such as crown molding and judges paneling, tray ceilings and coffered ceilings, walk-in closets and fireplaces.

Directions: Take GA 400 to exit 15 and head west. The road becomes Ga. 20. Turn right on Doc Bramlett Road and left on Holbrook Road, then right on Burnt Bridge Road and right into The Springs at Burnt Bridge.
