Catering Assistant

Northside Hospital-Forsyth is hiring for a Catering Assistant who will report to the Food Services Supervisor. The Catering Assistant will be responsible for communications between the nursing units and the Food & Nutrition Department in regard to patient menus, diet changes, and general patient services. Must read the patient menus to patients twice daily. Edits patient selections to meet restriction associates with diet orders and much more. The successful candidate will have six months experience as a Hospitality Assistant or Patient Services Worker II and must be able to work 12 hour shifts. Northside Hospital-Forsyth is hiring for a Cardiovascular Technician who will report to the Cardiovascular Manager. The Cardiovascular Technician will be responsible for scheduling and assisting in performance of EKG's, treadmill, arm and bicycle ergometer, nuclear studies, holter monitoring, signal average testing, and personal wellness profiles on patients for the purpose of diagnostic cardiac evaluation. Patient type includes neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatrics.
