Administrative Specialist, Senior

The Forsyth County Risk Management Department is looking to hire an Administrative Specialist. The candidate performs customer service functions; provides information/assistance regarding department services, activities, locations, procedures, timeframes, documentation, fees, or other issues; distributes forms/documentation as requested; responds to routine questions or complaints; researches problems/complaints and initiates problem resolution. Performs general clerical tasks, which may include making copies, sending/receiving faxes, updating department documentation and other tasks. The wage is $13.92 hourly. Parks and Recreation Instructor

This is a seasonal position beginning on April 2. The person in this position is responsible for managing summer day camp locations. Instructors will supervise assigned staff, volunteers and program participants; plan and implement daily activities, assist with staff training, maintain daily records, communicate with parents, perform light housekeeping tasks and other day to day tasks relating to day camp. is hiring a full-time Pain Clinic Secretary. This person reports to the Pain Clinic Manager. The Secretary will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical duties which directly support management personnel in the overall operation of a department or service area. Assignments are characterized by a high degree of knowledge and application of department policies, procedures and operation. Incumbent is expected to interpret and execute the duties and responsibilities of the job with only limited supervision and direction. This full-time position is available at Lowe's in Cumming and requires person in position to provide quick, friendly customer service by answering customers questions, providing purchase assistance and keeping shelves stocked.
