Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant/Vickery Animal Hospital

We are a growing small animal exclusive animal hospital in Cumming. Our office is equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, EKG, blood pressure monitoring, a full surgery suite, anesthesia monitoring, full in-house lab, and much more. Our current team is composed of highly motivated, friendly, outgoing team members with a passion for animal care.

Currently there are two positions available:

  • The full-time Veterinary Technician position requires a detail oriented, take charge person with veterinary technician experience. Someone who is looking to be a long-term team member in our growing practice.  
  • Part-time Veterinary Assistant position requires someone to assist the doctor in exam rooms, surgery and with patient treatments.

Freelance Flash Developer/ProEdit

ProEdit has an immediate need for a Flash developer to work onsite at ProEdit’s office in Cumming. The developer will be an integral part of our documentation team and will work closely with the project managers, instructional designers, and editors on an ongoing freelance basis. The developer will have the opportunity to transform ideas and concepts into visually expressive Flash content. Certified Medical Assistant, Morrow Family Medicine

Morrow Family Medicine is an exceptional practice with a distinctive focus on patient care. We want our patients to know that they come first. We are looking for a positive, sound addition to our working family that can grow with us. We require electronic health records experience, preferably Allscripts. Tutors, The Tutoring Center

The Tutoring Center in nearby Sugar Hill is looking for applicants who are passionate and enthusiastic about working with children ages 5 to 16 to fill multiple part-time positions, including a Head Instructor, Instructors, Assistant Instructors and Interns.

  • Job Description: Tutor students of ages 5 to 16 in Reading, Writing, Elementary Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Geometry. Head Instructor will additionally be responsible for managing Classrooms, Marketing activities, etc. and be able to give at least a 1-plus year commitment.
  • Qualifications: All candidates must be "well-rounded" individuals capable of working with children who need help in Reading, Writing, Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry. Applicants must be energetic, have a great and positive attitude, enjoy working with children in a fun atmosphere, have strong communication skills, must provide exceptional service and work as a team with other staff. Drivers/Movers, Pair of Guys Movers

As a Driver/Mover, you’ll partner together with our other experienced movers to provide the same professional customer service experience we’re known for in the handling of each and every one of our customer's possessions. This position provides an opportunity for those looking to display their general labor, marketing, and customer service talents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Correctly and safely moving furniture and household items, as well as packing and unpacking
  • Completing a walk through with clients upon arrival and completion
  • Completing accurate truck inventory and truck safety inspections

The ideal candidate will communicate professionally in English to clients and correctly complete client paperwork. Basic math skills will be utilized, as well as the ability to lift heavy items (approximately 100 lbs.) while standing, sitting, crouching, climbing, walking, etc.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate stamina throughout the day and should be in excellent health, and will demonstrate good hand/eye coordination.

Previous mover experience is not required.
