Harry Norman, REALTORS® Forsyth County/Lake Lanier Earns Company-Wide Award!

CUMMING, Ga-- Harry Norman, REALTORS® Forsyth/Lake Lanier Office announced their reception of HNR’s “Highest Increase in Closed Units & Sales Volume” in 2013.

The office has only been open for two years, but within that time they have managed to from running a Full Service Real Estate Office running out of just our current training room, having only 8 agents, a Broker, and an Office Manager at the time of opening their doors to being an office that has hired 61 agents, a full time Marketing Coordinator, a full time Transactions Coordinator, a part time Office Manager, expanded into three full bays, currently has 125 listings (including the sale of the largest property in North Georgia within the past two years), as well as HNR's office with the "Highest Increase in Closed Units and Sales Volume." Now THAT is an accomplishment!

What’s even more impressive is that with all of their growth, they still manage to give to the community. Within the past two years HNR Forsyth has participated in the Nation Wide Open House Weekend, Social Media Madness 2013 (where they came in 2nd in all of Atlanta for Small Businesses), participated in two Green Bean Drives for Hosea Feed the Hungry, two “Do the 2, Breast Cancer Walks” (which our office raised $5,000 for the event this year alone), hosted a Ticket to Ride Horse Show (that brought in over 175 horses which is more than the event has ever had... AND... raised over $12,000 for Battered Women Shelters), a Blood Drive for the American Red Cross (which donated enough blood to save 50 lives), held 3 Toys for Tots events, sponsored a family for the Empty Stocking Program, and that doesn’t include events that HNR Forsyth/Lake Lanier agents participate in individually.

Their office has gone from having 32 Facebook “Likes” to now 400 (and also has a reach of over 8,000 weekly views), 12 Twitter Followers to 90+, and we've added Google+, Foursquare, Wordpress, Tumblr and Instagram to our social media family. Oh, and let’s not forget about our very own office website, as well as our Farm & Land Division website that’s been added to our list or resources!

Speaking of Farm & Land, within the past year we have added a Farm & Land Division to our office. Since the start of the Farm & Land Division in July, the division has already brought in over 44 listings, 10 sales, and close to $16,000,000 in volume.
