Terry Cooksey sells $2.5M estate

CUMMING, Ga. — Harry Norman, Realtors Forsyth/Lake Lanier office, announced that Terry Cooksey had his largest real estate sale to date at $2.5 million.

Cooksey, with The Cooksey Team at Harry Norman, sold an equestrian estate on Lake Lanier after having the property listed for six months. The property, on Old Wilkie Road, was listed at $2.5 million.

The Old Wilkie Road property had been listed with another agency at the same price for two years prior to Cooksey was asked to list the property.

When asked what the biggest factor in getting this property sold, Cooksey said, "Effort. I put more effort into getting this home sold quickly. Plus, the marketing that Harry Norman provides is outstanding. There's no way this home wouldn't sale."
