Remember The Milk - After trying a number of task management apps, I’m going on three years with RTM. I love the two-way push sync to web, mobile widget and amazing recurring task customization.
Evernote - Our office is “paperless,” but for non-client data and my personally written business notes and ideas I love Evernote to keep everything organized. I tap one button on the Evernote widget to record a voice note and watch it being transcribed.
Google Voice - I couldn’t imagine not using Google Voice for my phone voice mail and all texting. Voice mails are transcribed, there’s no need to delete old texts and everything is fully searchable.
Buffer - All posting to my Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook page goes through Buffer. It’s simple and easy and all links are automatically shortened with bit.ly so I can track the number of clicks, retweets and likes.
