Paddle the 'Hooch with Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, National Park Service

Chattahoochee Riverkeeper (CRK) is hosting its popular River Discovery Series this summer, and it runs through August.

In partnership with the National Park Service, River Discovery Series consists of three paddle trips within the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, from Bowman’s Island to Paces Mill.

The next date is July 19, and space is still available. The third and final date for this summer is Aug. 16. Each trip is $35 for solo paddlers, and $17.50 per person for tandem paddlers.

The trips are designed for beginners and advanced paddlers alike, and on each segment, a National Park Service Ranger accompanies and acquaints paddlers with the key features the river.
