'The Art of Water' Hosted by Chattahoochee Riverkeeper
Chattahoochee Riverkeeper (CRK) is proud to announce that our Middle Chattahoochee Region office will host a special, river-themed art exhibit on May 2. The free event, entitled “The Art of Water,” is aimed at raising awareness for the need to protect and preserve the Chattahoochee River and its streams and tributaries.
The event will feature local artists, photographers, craftsmen and sculptors displaying river-related works of art. We also plan to showcase student art and to have live music for guests to enjoy. As night falls, there also will be a screening of Who Owns Water, a documentary featuring David and Michael Hanson as they paddle the length of the Chattahoochee River and collect stories along the way.
