Join Patch at Tasty Food Festival

Nearby Chattahoochee High School will continue annual benefit on Sunday with "Taste of Johns Creek."

 will continue its neighborhood tradition with the  on Sunday, Aug. 19, from 4 to 7 p.m., and Johns Creek Patch will be there to join in the fun.

The event will include many of the past years’ favorite features, such as food and presentation contests, a Kidz Zone and performances by local artists. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door, and children 4 and under are free. 

Food from a variety local restaurants will be in the spotlight as top chefs share their culinary treats. will be a judge, along with Tim Duncan, Chattahoochee High principal; Michael Maliska, resident chef at Publix Aprons Cooking School; and Mike Bodker, Johns Creek's mayor.

Participating restaurants include: , , , Bamboo Garden, , , , DA Butcher, Jet’s Pizza, , Little Caesars Pizza, , On the Border, One Moore Cookie, , , Primo Italian Ice, , , ,  and Yogurtini. 

Money raised will benefit the Chattahoochee Cougar football team and the Hooch Cheer Club.
