Duncan has produced a voting record at the capitol that is consistent with his principled conservative values and continues to display his passion for faith, family, freedom and life, the release says. “H.R. 108 gives voters not only an opportunity to protect one of their most fundamental rights, it safeguards them against future action,” Duncan said. “Perhaps as important, it sends a strong message to taxpayers and businesses that while some states may be sitting idle, Georgia is committed to defending its economy for both the short and long-term.”

Duncan serves on the House Banks & Banking Committee, Science & Technology Committee and Interstate Cooperation Committee.

He and his wife, Brooke, live in south Forsyth County with their three sons Parker, 11; Bayler, 8; and Ryder, 3. The Duncan's worship at Browns Bridge Community Church in Cumming.
