Sons of the Confederate Veterans Camp 1642 Nov Speaker

The Cumming Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp #1642 is pleased to have Dr. Donald Livingston of Emory University speak on a special historian night.  He will be speaking on "Why Slavery was Not the Cause of the Civil War."  Dr. Livingston is a renowned constitutional scholar and a noted speaker on nullification and secession.  Pultzer Prize winning author Chris Hedges has called him, “one of the intellectual godfathers of the secessionist movement.” Come and hear one of the foremost Southern intellectuals of this time.  The public is welcome.
