SBSC Lunch and Learn

On Thursday, Feb. 9, the SBSC will host it’s first Lunch and Learn for the year. Mr. Kevin McDonough attorney with the Law office of Kevin J. McDonough, P.C. will go over the “Cogent Business Analysis.” The Cogent Business Analysis is a process to review many of the issues which affect businesses. Kevin will cover corporate governance, succession planning, business operations, employment matters, and much more.

Kevin has helped businesses grow and succeed for the better part of a decade. The concept of performing a legal business analysis was born out of Kevin’s experience and understanding that proactive legal management of business leads to better business practices and results.
