Stuff the Bus in Forsyth this Weekend

United Way of Forsyth County continues its mission to “Stuff the Bus” this weekend and they need your help.

While out shopping be sure to pick up extra school supplies for children in need around the Cumming area. Supplies can be dropped off between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the parking lots of Walmart locations at 1500 Marketplace Boulevard in Cumming, and 5455 Atlanta Highway, in south Forsyth. Just look for the yellow school bus at each location. Donations go to The Place of Forsyth County and Forsyth County Schools.

For more information, call 770-781-4110 or visit the United Way of Forsyth County website. School supplies can also be dropped off at the United Way Office, 240 Elm Street, Cumming, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Also, Mountain Lake Church will be collecting NEW school supplies this weekend, July 27 and 28, and on Aug. 3 and 4. Visit the MLC website for more information.
