Forsyth Fire Begins Aerial’s House Toy Collection for Needy Children

Toy and clothing donations may be dropped off at fire stations, fire headquarters in Cumming, beginning in December, or any of the county's library branches.

The Forsyth County Fire Department is asking for the help of citizens to make this holiday season special for children in need, through the department’s 11th-annual Aerial’s House toy collection.

“The very generous support of the community has allowed the Aerial’s House toy collection to help brighten the holiday season for many local children over the years,” Fire Chief Danny Bowman said in a press release. “Collecting the gifts is truly something the fire department personnel look forward to every year. It is our honor to serve this community, and we are humbled to be able to give back to the community in this small way.”

New, unwrapped toys for any age and new, tagged clothing for children ages 6 to 14 may be dropped off now at Forsyth County fire stations, the Fire Department Headquarters, 3520 Settingdown Road in Cumming, or any of the county’s four library branches.
