In Memoriam: Larry William Price, 71
He enjoyed playing the guitar, banjo, and spending time with family and friends on his boats.
Larry William Price, 71, of Cumming, passed away on May 6, 2013. Born in Orlando, FL he is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Cleo Price.
Larry was a Production Supervisor at Lockheed Aircraft Corp., a homebuilder and past president of the Cobb Co. Home Builders’ Association (1974, 1975), past president of the Atlanta Home Builders’ Association (1977), National Marketing Director with NSA – Juice Plus (1988 – Present), and U.S. Coast Guard Captain of his personal vessels. He enjoyed playing the guitar, banjo, and spending time with family and friends on his boats.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Cline Price of Cumming; son, Larry (Susie) Price, Jr. of Knoxville, TN; daughter, Beth (Britt) Miller of Waleska, GA; daughter, Jacque Hamilton of Buckhead, GA; daughter, Jennifer (Steve) Abernathy of Cumming; Godchildren, Larry and Lauren McDonald; brother, Jerry (Pat) Price of Cartersville, GA; sister, Judy Manner of Acworth, GA; grandchildren, Cody Price, Sarah Darby, Jesse Summerfield, Jordan Hamilton, Alex Hamilton, Alexis Puri, and Caroline Puri; great grandchild, Hazel Darby; father-in-law, Robert Cline; sister-in-law, Robbie (Mike) Colquitt; niece, Gina Morris; nephews, Frank Price, Greg Price, and Shane Morris.

Funeral Services will be held at noon on Thursday, May 9, in the McDonald & Son Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 10-noon the day of the service. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The Rev. Joseph Morecraft, III will officiate.
