Billy Howell collision center

My granddaughter took her van in yesterday to have a recall error fixed. A while after she left, she was out and started to leave her location and heard a popping noise.  She had her three children and two friends with her, so she was concerned what it was. She got out of the van to check and her wheel was about to come off! There was an angel watching and arranged for her to be towed somewhere to check it. The person or persons that was at the collision center did not tighten the bolts in the tie rod ends and were completely out. The angel that had her towed had a licensed person repair it. She went to the collision center this morning the see about a resolution. The manager was not receiving her well at all. I think they should be held accountable,  because they could have been killed and even if they didn't mess with it they were under there and should have noticed that. She has has pictures and witnesses.  I just thank God that she heard the popping and stopped.
