Mellow Mushroom Makes a Comeback in Cumming

Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers returns to Cumming in a new hopping location.

Mellow Mushroom has returned to Cumming after an almost two year hiatus. The old Tri County Plaza location shut down in early 2010 and we have been without Kosmic Karma ever since.

On Monday, Oct. 10 they opened their doors in the Avenue Forsyth shopping center between Barnes and Noble and Georgetown Interiors.

Charles and Kelly Wilson are excited to bring Mellow Mushroom back to Cumming. “We have some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment attractions in the area, and Mellow Mushroom will be a great addition to the community,” says Kelly.

Looking for a fun date night on a budget? Bring in your AMC Theatre movie stub and Mellow Mushroom will offer you a medium cheese pizza and two fountain drinks for only $10.

Mellow Mushroom has always put the "fun" in funky from their eclectic atmosphere to crazy menu selections such as, Kosmic Karma, Magical Mystery Tour and Philosopher's Pie. The menu also offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions.

Live music and trivia nights will be featured weekly. Free Wi-Fi service is available for customer convenience. They also have a Beer Club for all of you beer connoisseur's.

Join them this Saturday, Oct. 15 for the official grand opening celebration. Start off with some of my favorite garlic butter and parmesan basted fresh dough pretzels. Yummy!

To find out more visit them on facebook or check out their Web site.

I was going to ask the same thing about the jobs. I really liked the job search engine that wasRead More included before the format change. The link you provided is okay, but I liked being able to see what's available in other places and being able to narrow the search as well. You said "you can always find it under "Business"". Where? I don't see it. To be honest, I don't really care for the new website layout. I had only recently found Cumming Patch and was really enjoying it. I'm not sure I'll continue visiting. The new layout is not easy to navigate. The dropdowns that used to be in the menu were really nice so that you could go directly to what you were looking for.
