CUMMING, Ga. -- Attorney Susan Zereini issued the following statement Monday in support of William "Bill" Finch for Forsyth County Solicitor General.
To my friends and supporters:
I am eternally grateful to those who stood beside me and supported me in my campaign for Solicitor General. It was my honor to have all of you by my side and have your support throughout my campaign. I will never forget you.

As you know, my goal was to restore honor, integrity and experience to this office. While my candidacy is over, I am proud of the campaign I ran and the facts that I raised that questioned the incumbent's commitment to the conservative Republican values most of us here in Forsyth County share.
While my journey has ended, there is still one candidate in the race who does share those conservative values. Bill and his family have lived in Forsyth County for 20 years and they are heavily vested in our community. I believe he will serve us in a fair, cost-efficient manner and restore honor, integrity and experience to the Solicitor General's office.

And, so it is without reservation that I announce today my endorsement of Bill Finch as Solicitor General of Forsyth County.
I strongly urge my friends and many supporters to return to the polls for the runoff election on July 22nd and vote for Bill Finch. Help me elect Bill Finch, a true Republican, as Forsyth County's next Solicitor General.
Thank you.
