Drug Operation Foiled in Forsyth County
A four month investigation leads to the arrest of a Forsyth County man suspected of selling cocaine and marijuana out of his trailer.
Authorities have foiled a suspected drug operation with the arrest of a Forsyth County man.
Francisco Tinoco-Ramirez, 51, of 1536 Glenwood Place, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 12, for allegedly selling drugs out of his residence at Glenwood Mobile Home Park in South Forsyth County.
The has charged Tinoco-Ramirez with the sale of marijuana, sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of drug-related items, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and use of a communications device to facilitate a felony.

According to Lt. Col. Gene Moss, Enforcement Bureau Commander, undercover narcotics investigators had made two controlled drug buys from Tinoco-Ramirez that led to his arrest.
“This was the culmination of a three to four month investigation,” said Moss.

Authorities also seized from Tinoco-Ramirez's home several baggies of cocaine, a .22 caliber handgun, several drug-related items and an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is being held in the pending a court appearance and the investigation is continuing, Moss said.
