This latest arrest and seizure is credited to the cooperation between the sheriff's office units and the community, according to Sgt. Scotty Spriggs of the Narcotics Unit.

“Working with P.A.C.E., the Ordinance Enforcement Unit, and concerned citizens helps us identify and solve dangerous drug problems throughout the county," he said.

In addition to the synthetic marijuana, which is sometimes referred to as spice, or the brand name, SuperNova or K2, nearly $2,100 in cash was seized by investigators.

Meanwhile, Haque is currently being held at the Forsyth County Detention Center with no bond.

Editor's Note: In March 2011 employees who worked at Save Money Food Mart were involved in a gambling bust at the store.
