New Child Porn Charges for Former Forsyth Youth Ministry Intern

Dawsonville man re-arrested and charged with 29 counts of sexual exploitation of children.

A 28-year-old man who was serving as a youth minister at a Forsyth County church when was charged with child molestation in March, has been re-arrested and charged with 29 counts of sexual exploitation of children.

According to Dawson County Jail records, Sean Paul, who was employed as a Youth Minister at First Christian Church on Sawnee Drive in Cumming when he was arrested earlier this year, is being held without bond in jail.

In March, Paul was charged with one count of child molestation, one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes, both of which are felonies. The investigation began as an outcry from a victim, who did become acquainted with Paul through the church according to authorities.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the new charges stem from child pornography allegedly found on computers and electronic equipment in his Dawsonville home.
