Safe Kids Forsyth will support the efforts of National Child Passenger Safety Week with a safety seat check-up this Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at .

The event is designed to have families make sure that their child safety seats are installed correctly and to learn when it is time to change from one seat to another based on your child’s age, weight and height.

“All it takes is following a few basic guidelines so parents and caregivers can determine which restraint system is best suited to protect their children in a vehicle," said Deputy Courtney Spriggs, Safe Kids Forsyth Coordinator.
