Vincent Brently Hall, 28, registered as a sex offender Aug. 26 and gave his address as one on Chattahoochee Road, but when Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office investigators tried to verify the address Aug. 27, the "information (they) received at the address revealed Hall has never lived there," according to the press release.

Authorities have secured a warrant for Hall's arrest on a charge he violated the sex offender registry by providing false information in reference to his home address.
Hall is described as a African-American man who is 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
